In 2016, Urbagri installed this edible rooftop garden not accessible to the public, comprising a permaculture vegetable garden and an organic vineyard, the first rooftop vineyard installed in Paris. The terrace produces fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers and grapes. An ingenious rainwater recovery system has been installed, enabling the water to be reused to water the plants, as well as helping to humidify the site in hot weather.
