On the roof of the elementary school at 41 rue de Tanger, you'll find this small vegetable garden producing fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers. The garden is used by schoolchildren for educational workshops, as well as by volunteers and parents. Workshops focus on urban agriculture and raising awareness of the world around us (living things, the natural arts and the environment).
300m² flat roof, 220 m² of which is farmed. The roof is connected to the building by two staircases, of which only one, the one to the left of the central hall of the building at 41 bis, is in use.
