On the Pierre Mendes France Middle school site is a micro-farm where a large number of fruits and vegetables are produced each year. The main purpose of this farm is educational. Every week, students can take part in workshops during extracurricular time, during the vacations and even during certain classes whose theme is linked to the project. Collaborations are also set up with classes from the Adapted General and Vocational Education Section (SEGPA), as well as training courses for people who are far from employment or in reintegration. Produce is sold to local grocery stores, restaurants and florists.
