Nu Paris will eventually be the largest rooftop farm in Europe. The project includes a participatory component, offering plots for rent, as well as an educational component with tours and workshops. The public can discover the fruits, vegetables and herbs from some twenty different species produced by Nu Paris. This produce is then sold to corporate and bistronomic restaurants.
- 2,000 m² of hydroponic and aeroponic market garden roof, which will eventually extend to almost 10,000 m². - 500 m² of 157 squares of rented crops - A 200 m² event greenhouse for private use
