"13 Infuz, les tisanes de la Petite Ceinture" is a project organised around the production of aromatic plants (verbena, peppermint, lemon balm, etc.) to make herbal teas, which are processed and sold on site. The project, supported by Urbanescence, also includes the cultivation of hops and makes strong use of the biodiversity present on site. The site, which is open to the public, allows workshops to be held, particularly with local children, and several vegetable gardens will be installed for this purpose.
