Les Fleurs de Sonchamp is a floral farm-school in the Ile-de-France region, growing annual, perennial and aquatic cut flowers, with organic farming certification. An orchard completes the horticultural production for the production of juices, jams, jellies and compotes. Sales are planned in Paris, in particular via the Désirée café-florists and in ultra-local circuits. The project offers courses, workshops and training for CEFP students and the general public.
