"Le jardin des arômes" is a project for learning and production. There will be an area with boxes and boards to grow herbs, vegetables, small fruits, and wild plants. Students from Pierre Foncin schools will come here for workshops on aromatic plants. The rest of the space will be used to grow ornamental flowers, edible flowers, aromatic plants, and climbing plants. A solar dryer on the roof will be used to make teas.
The roof of the school at 8 Pierre Foncin Street will be used for a farming project on 350 m². You can reach this area through the halls and stairs of the school at 4 Pierre Foncin Street.
