"Materia Prima" is an arboricultural project with productive, landscaping and educational purposes. On the Central kitchen site, an educational apple, pear and cherry orchard will be created. Some plots will be dedicated to landscaping, with plants chosen for their benefits such as phytoextraction. Willows will be planted to produce wicker for basketry. The site will be open occasionally for workshops and training courses on fruit trees and wicker.
The Central kitchen site comprises a large 4,400 m² plot, a 420 m² plot planted with trees on the parking lot side, a traffic circle and two small grassed areas of 180 m² and 75 m². The depth of the soil varies according to the area. A 15 m² refrigerated room completes the site.
